The outer engineered wood cladding gives a touch of elegance and creativity to the Astemia Pentita winery in the hills of Barolo
Astemia Pentita, designed by architect Gianni Arnaudo, is a wine cellar in Barolo, in the heart of the Langhe territory. This original, pop-inspired structure does not go unnoticed: the exterior is reminiscent of two large wine cases, about 40 meters long, making this building truly unique.
The project came about from the need to customize the cellar in order to avoid continuous exposure to atmospheric agents and the wear and tear of natural wood, which changes color with the passage of time.
The characteristics sought out by architect Arnaudo are the selfsame qualities of our material, featuring certified properties that guarantee high safety, functionality and customization standards.
The aesthetic appeal of L’Astemia Pentita is truly unique, thanks to our white Q20410 profile that confers a striking personality and elegance to a total surface of 900 square meters.
Two overlapping concrete sheds were transformed into a modern structure that will remain unchanged over time through the creativity of architect Arnaudo and the excellent aesthetic performance of our wood.
